Epic Battles of the Civil War Comic Book Volume 4: Gettysburg
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, July 1-3, 1863, is the most remembered battle of the Civil War. The South needed a major victory, especially one on Union soil. After three days of bitter fighting, the Confederate army was forced to retreat, never again to mount a major offensive.
Produced in cooperation with Marvel Entertainment Group, Inc. and Marvel Comics, Volume 4 recounts the famous battle of Gettysburg in comic book form. Includes biographies and photographs of Robert E. Lee, George Gordon Meade and George Pickett.
