The report on the Boston Massacre of March 5, 1770, in which the British army attacked a group of civilians without provocation, killing several. Originally commissioned by the Town of Boston, the report was reprinted in 1849 with additional notes. Included on the Town of Boston committee writing the report were Samuel Adams, John Hancock and Joseph Warren.
