Resolution March 1st, 1845, signed by John Tyler - President of the US, giving the conditions by which Texas was to be admitted to the Union. Includes explanatory remarks.
Letter 1845 from the Texas Republic Acting Secretary of State - John Eldredge, giving the results of the voting on annexation.
Proclamation 1845 by Anson Jones - that the Constitution had been ratified by the people of Texas.
Letter 1845 from the President of the Texas Republic - Anson Jones, to James Polk, President of the United States, announcing that the Constitution had been ratified.
Letter 1845 from President Polk to Congress - submitting the evidence for admission of Texas to the Union.
